It is the method to combine two or more metals with appropriate pressurization and vibration by using physical diffusion phenomenon between metals. Even though heat is generated during rubbing, it is welded at a temperature much lower than the melting point of the welded product. In addition, it has excellent electrical properties and weld strength after welding because oxide film or contaminants on the metal surface are removed by ultrasonic vibration.
